With over two decades of experience in real estate asset management, Nicole Reams has worked with a diverse array of clients, including individuals, non-profit organizations, and for-profit entities. Her career includes roles at prestigious organizations such as DCG Commercial, Fremont Bank, Alameda County, the City and County of San Francisco Homelessness and Supportive Housing Department, and Stanford University. As the founder and broker of GoldLine Real Estate, Nicole has successfully managed residential and multifamily sales, along with traditional property management services for both multifamily and commercial properties. Specializing in real estate sales across Alameda and Contra Costa counties, her team delivers exceptional service and discretion in preparing properties for sale and navigating complex negotiations. With her extensive background in property management, Nicole also specializes in overseeing capital improvement projects and managing annual multifamily budgets. A passionate advocate for community development, she has served in leadership roles with the City of Hayward’s Downtown Business Improvement Area Advisory Board, the Alameda County Assessment Appeals Board, and was nominated as a Northern California Real Estate Woman of Influence. Nicole holds an MBA from California State University, East Bay, and a Bachelor’s in Marketing from Holy Names University.
